We want you to be fully caffeinated and happy with your purchase, so if your tea isn't quite right, you can return any unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed.

Return Process

  Ensure your tea packs are unopened, in their original packaging, and within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  Contact Customer Rescue

  Send an email to our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique return authorization code.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and send them back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe arrival.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
